Cancellation and Refund Policy

We follow a transparent cancellation and refund policy:

  • Orders or service bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the request.
  • No cancellations are accepted once material or service has been dispatched or mobilized.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation, via the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

  • For physical material delivery (e.g., RMC, construction materials), shipping is managed directly by our logistics team.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on project size and location, and will be confirmed upon order confirmation.
  • Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transport strikes) will be communicated in advance.
  • Delivery is considered complete once materials are handed over at the agreed project site or warehouse.
