As part of RACH INFRASTRUCTURE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED , you’ll collaborate across departments — from operations to HR, logistics, and accounts — to keep daily activities running smoothly.

We’re looking for an energetic and organized individual who can manage office coordination, vendor communication, and documentation with precision.

This role combines both structure and creativity — you’ll be expected to take initiative, manage data smartly through our digital ERP (Odoo) platform, and support management in decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with departments
  • Maintain ERP records
  • Office admin & supplies
  • Vendor docs & follow-ups
  • Compliance & audit support

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • English & MS Office
  • ERP / Odoo knowledge
  • Strong organization skills

Nice to have

  • Construction / RMC exposure
  • HR or logistics basics
  • ERP reporting skills
  • Good communication & analysis
